Exchange rates are calculated using parallel market rates plus 2 points added to shield frequent currency fluctuations. For instance if your invoice is $100.00 converted at N400/USD. We will convert at N402/USD to shield against overnight fluctuations.

There are no hidden charges when you deal with PSI Global Logistics. However there are extra charges that may occur as a result of packaging, Hazmat shipments and extra Customs surcharges at destination. Should we determine that your shipment will be subject to this extra charges, we will communicate this to you. Please note that we do not accept any liabilities as a result of information not read by clients as stipulated in our service level agreement. Should any extra cost be assessed in other to deliver your cargo safely; you will be responsible for the charges regardless if you received our message or not. Our goal is always to do the right thing so we will also package and ship your items in the right category and with the right freight worthy packages.

Transit time differ depending on the location and the mode of shipment. For our door to door air freight services worldwide, the transit time ranges from 3 to 10 days. The range for Ocean freight shipments worldwide will be from 21 to 40 days depending on the final destination port.

Yes we handle all types of Hazardous materials. We have rained hazmat specialist on site but we also have partnerships with numerous Hazmat packing companies for larger items.

In some cases Volume weight can be avoided through packing. But for the most part it cannot be divided and most Airlines and freight forwarders will bill you based on whichever weight is higher. We urge you to consult with us should you have issues with volume weight.

NO customers cannot handle their own customs clearing for any consolidated shipment. This is NOT an option for this method of shipping.
